OUR STORY

We founded LiveWell DressWell in 2025 with a simple yet profound mission: to empower individuals through access to professional attire. In October of 2026 we officially expanded our mission to include career readiness.

Our vision is a world where personal success is not limited by circumstance, but by the quality of the foundation we provide.

We believe that every professional deserves the confidence of well-fitted clothing, and that every career should begin with the right tools.

Ali Crouch | Co-founder & Board Chair

I co-founded LiveWell DressWell because I believe no one should miss an opportunity simply because they can't afford the clothing they need. What started with helping a few people has grown into something much bigger, thanks to a community that truly cares. I'm passionate about building partnerships, removing barriers, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels valued, confident, and supported.

I have always been passionate about helping others recognize their worth and build confidence in themselves. LiveWell DressWell brings that passion to life by empowering individuals to see their potential and pursue new opportunities. I’m proud to serve on the board and be part of an organization making a meaningful difference in our community.

Darla Anderson | Co-founder & Board Chair

I helped start LiveWell DressWell because I've always believed that helping others is one of the most meaningful things we can do. Everyone deserves to feel confident, respected, and have a fair chance at success, regardless of their circumstances. Being part of an organization that brings our community together to lift others up means so much to me.

I support LiveWell DressWell because its mission aligns with my work through Authentica Group, helping people grow, develop, and pursue opportunities with confidence. I’m proud to serve on the board and help advance that mission.

Tara Crouch | Director of Community Impact

I love being part of LiveWell DressWell because I get to see firsthand the difference a little compassion and support can make in someone's life. My role is about more than clothing; it's about connecting people with resources, building relationships in our community, and helping individuals take their next step forward. Watching someone leave with a smile and renewed confidence is what makes this work so rewarding.

I've always wanted to look good and feel good in what I wear. I think LiveWell DressWell helps people look good and feel good about themselves in an interview or when starting a new job! This is very important for people's confidence and livelihoods. LWDW gives people the confidence to nail that interview and start that new job with a positive mindset, and I love being part of that and helping the community!
